Creates & maintains opportunities in Salesforce.
Attend project meetings and conduct regular customer calls and presentations.
Understands customer application and pain points as well as captures customer requirements and competitive landscape.
Discusses customer roadmaps and identifies TE product gaps and new product opportunities.
Cooperates with internal stakeholders from various subverticals to generate new products based on customer feedback.
Reviews customers technical & quality specifications in alignment with internal stakeholders.
First level support for all technical clarifications at customer and follow up on improvements.
Organizes internal and external technical application workshops and events (e.g., tech days, trainings).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in one of the following academic disciplines mechanics, electrics, electronics or similar relevant.
5+ years’ industry experience in engineering (required) and sales (would be an advantage), background from Automation would be preferred.
Outgoing with strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in TE.
General business acumen and strong customer management skills.
Clear, strategic thinker with ability to execute on priorities and work toward targets.
Both English and Chinese language skills are required.
Ability to simplify and explain complex technical matters.
Team player, likes to work with different colleagues from various backgrounds and cultures.
