About the role

  • Coordinate and prepare proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Work with sales, legal, and technical teams to gather necessary information and create compelling bids.
  • Lead the project management during the bid phase in close collaboration with the BD and Partnership manager.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our bids are well-positioned.
  • Assist in developing bid strategies that align with OTIV’s objectives.
  • Maintain organized bid documentation and ensure compliance with submission guidelines.
  • Suggest improvements to the bid process for increased efficiency and success.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in bid management or proposal development, ideally within B2B, tech, mobility, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of preparing high-quality proposals and managing end-to-end bid processes, from the initial opportunity to final submission.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across departments to collect and integrate information into compelling proposals.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear and engaging proposals.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French. Any additional European language is a strong plus.
  • Interest in cutting-edge technology and the mobility/transportation industry.

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced scale-up environment is a strong plus.
