About the role

  • Supporting high volumes of events, reporting to the project leads.
  • Configuring platforms through CMS to maximize end participants' experience.
  • Coordinating closely with project lead, vendors, internal departments, and customers for seamless event execution.
  • Managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and daily reporting to clients.
  • Supporting analyzing event data and delivering insightful reports and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the event industry, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Applicants must be based in Switzerland and hold a valid work permit.
  • Hybrid position with onboarding in the company office (1 - 2 weeks).
  • Available to work at the Lausanne office periodically (at least two days per week) for further training and office based tasks.
