About the role
- Trainee Event Coordinator supporting the delivery of events for SpotMe, a B2B event platform. Gaining valuable experience in hybrid and virtual events assisting project leads.
Responsibilities
- Supporting high volumes of events, reporting to the project leads.
- Configuring platforms through CMS to maximize end participants' experience.
- Coordinating closely with project lead, vendors, internal departments, and customers for seamless event execution.
- Managing onsite AV and equipment, driving audience engagement, and daily reporting to clients.
- Supporting analyzing event data and delivering insightful reports and recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the event industry, or hospitality is a plus.
- Applicants must be based in Switzerland and hold a valid work permit.
- Hybrid position with onboarding in the company office (1 - 2 weeks).
- Available to work at the Lausanne office periodically (at least two days per week) for further training and office based tasks.
