About the role

  • Act strategically and operationally in the execution and monitoring of Trade Channel commercial activities for the OTC business unit, with iconic brands such as Valda and OAZ.
  • Ensure excellence in execution of the Trade Marketing plan across different channels, directly contributing to sustainable brand growth and strengthening presence at strategic points of sale (POS).
  • Drive brand relevance in the pharmacy and grocery channels, expand distribution and penetration, and ensure alignment between marketing, trade and sales to turn negotiations into long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Support the development and preparation of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with large and mid-sized accounts, contributing personalized plans and strategic alignment;
  • Develop the global Trade Marketing calendar, consolidating campaigns, tactical actions, pricing policies, visibility and communication, and defining KPIs by region, channel and brand;
  • Perform data analysis and processing to create performance reports, monitoring sell-in, sell-out, distribution activation, campaign ROI, inventories, product mix, market share, coverage and in-store execution (POS);
  • Prepare executive results presentations and generate data-driven insights with strategic recommendations on distribution, pricing, promotions and product positioning;
  • Conduct ROI analyses of Trade activities, ensuring monitoring, corrections and action plans;
  • Support commercial execution by structuring management of negotiations and performance results of activations;
  • Manage and monitor Trade budgets, ensuring allocation and use according to the approved plan;
  • Work with market tools and audits such as IQVIA, Close Up, Scantech, Dunnhumby and Mtrix, in addition to campaign and budget-management platforms;
  • Manage incentive programs and award controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, functions);
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) is desirable;
  • Proven experience with clients in direct and indirect sales channels, for example: retail chains, associations, independent pharmacies, pharmaceutical distributors, supermarkets and/or perfumeries;
  • Solid experience with JBPs, performance indicators, results-driven actions and performance KPIs;
  • Experience in the grocery/food channel will be considered a plus.
