About the role

  • Own the setup and maintenance of Powered by TodayTix (PxT) events across all outlets
  • Reprice, allocate, and manage inventory for owned channels and third-party agents, executing pricing strategies
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive reporting for internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Work with the Ticketing Systems Provider to ensure optimal functionality of event on-sales
  • Support Ticketing Operations on access programs and dispatch
  • Provide on-site support at event launches and handle ticketing queries

Requirements

  • Prior experience working on ticketed events
  • An understanding of the ticketing life cycle of a live event
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a varied workday
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar software
  • Ability to work under own initiative and to deadlines
  • Must be based in the greater London area
  • Able to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office and provide on-site event support as required
