About the role

  • Lead and develop the HVAC service team to hit performance goals and deliver high-quality service.
  • Own daily operations & set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead with clarity and purpose.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance and profitability.
  • Work with leadership and sales to align operational execution with business growth.
  • Ensure job quality, material usage, and timelines meet customer and business expectations.
  • Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards across all job sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in field service, trades, sales or operations.
  • Hands-on experience leading and holding teams accountable to performance results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Balance of people leadership and process improvement skills.
  • Clear communicator with strong planning and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience with field service management tools like ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site as a hands on leader in Columbus, OH.
