About the role
- Manage the daily business of routine testing including capacity planning
- Provide direction, organization, and capacity planning of the release testing teams
- Review and approve documents such as laboratory investigations, work instructions, SOP’s, etc.
- Participate in cross-functional teams as laboratory operations lead
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science with focus on Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific area required
- Minimum 8 years of management experience, GMP testing, analytical testing, and instrumentation required
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
