About the role

  • Responsible for the overall commercial execution and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke™ therapy across the assigned territory
  • Manage the sales geography and set territory strategy
  • Oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies
  • Identify business opportunities and ensure effective utilization and penetration of Evoke™ systems to meet revenue commitments
  • Expand relationships with key opinion leaders and customers; drive go-to-market plans and core messaging
  • Facilitate collection and dissemination of competitive intelligence and conduct real-world market research for product and marketing insights
  • Collaborate with regional peers in clinical education and field engineering to redefine patient and clinical experience
  • Travel up to 50% and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth US team environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience
  • Minimum 3 years prior medical device sales required
  • Documented sales success
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience
  • 3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time – including overnights
