Responsibilities
proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers
managing existing accounts
selling various multi-channel solutions
maintaining the territory playbook
understanding customer needs
negotiating and closing deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders
attend 4 to 6 auction sales, 1 to 2 days each within the region
travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month to cover the territory
Requirements
2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
Experience in quota-driven sales required (Industry experience/knowledge highly desirable)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
