About the role

  • Manage growth-focused portfolios of small and medium-sized businesses at ANZ. Develop client relationships and offer tailored banking solutions with a focus on proactive acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a growth-focused portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, ambitions, and financial needs
  • Proactively acquire new trading business opportunities
  • Expand relationships by offering a full suite of banking solutions
  • Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to structure and execute deals

Requirements

  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of commercial mid-market banking products
  • Ability to understand customers business needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Experience assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities to suit the customers business goals
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles
