About the role

  • Marketing Analyst involved in brand activations and events management for Grupo RBS in Porto Alegre. Supporting project management and client service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Execute brand activations and events, coordinating all stages after contract signing and integrating all involved departments;
  • Provide client support throughout the entire project lifecycle;
  • Manage project/event expenses and revenues, negotiate with suppliers, and administer project and departmental budgets;
  • Generate insights and propose creative, effective solutions for activations and events;
  • Prepare post-sales materials and delivery reports, measuring results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Events, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising;
  • Proven experience in event production (corporate and social) and brand activations;
  • Experience in client service and project management;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong spreadsheet skills for budget control;
  • Organized, agile, collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of media, communications, and commercial project valuation is desirable.
