Provide project management support including timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
Conduct desk-based market and technology research, trend and competitor analysis.
Conduct research interviews and quantitative analysis and synthesise findings into deliverables.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate project performance and business impact.
Assess organisational goals within technology/telecom/retail industry and align initiatives with strategic objectives.
Develop business cases demonstrating potential ROI and business value.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation opportunities.
Engage with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit use cases, data requirements, and model deployment strategies.
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, acting as liaison between client and Infosys team.
Create detailed documentation including interview notes and other materials.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, strategy consulting, or market research, ideally within B2B sales and marketing.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Experience working in or with top-tier consulting firms is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders, project managers, lead consultants, and delivery teams.
