Responsibilities
- Manage VMware environments with a focus on VDI (vSphere and Horizon).
- Manage and maintain virtualized infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
- Provide support and administration of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Manage corporate devices using MECM (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
- Provide support and maintenance for Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
- Implement best practices for security, automation, and governance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to continuously improve services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge in:
- - VMware (vSphere, Horizon, VDI)
- - Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) – AZ-900, AZ-104 or AZ-140 certifications are a plus
- - MECM (SCCM) – 70-696 certification is a plus
- - Microsoft Intune
- Linux operating systems
- Experience with hybrid and virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy (GPO).
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or VBScript.
- ITIL or COBIT certifications.
- Experience automating administrative routines.
- Knowledge of security policies, compliance, and IT governance.
- Experience in regulated environments (financial, banking).
- Technical English for reading documentation.
