About the role

  • Analyst developing digital, automated solutions in Global Wealth and Asset Management. Collaborating with teams to drive innovative solutions and support business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Apply your analytical skills and critical thinking to ask questions, understand business drivers and needs, and bring order and precision to scope and requirements on initiatives
  • Develop knowledge and capability using the Microsoft suite of products, primarily Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Platform, Power BI, CoPilot Studio) and SQL query/programming language
  • Capitalize on ability to build and foster positive, effective relationships to strengthen partnerships with key partners.
  • Deliver documented solution requirements and propose solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Propose business decisions that get results and solve problems

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics or related Field.
  • Experience with programming languages, data platforms or sources, e.g., SQL, C#.NET, VB, ASP.NET, Python, MS Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, CoPilot Studio)
  • Strong proficiency in finding creative solutions
  • Analytical; enjoy working with data and solving problems
  • You bring an Agile approach to the table and are passionate about Agile delivery
  • Customer centric focus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Good work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed
  • Strong time management, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with various partners
  • Understanding of financial services industry, and wealth and asset management is an asset
