Responsibilities
Atuar na manutenção, reparo, limpeza e configuração de computadores assegurando o bom funcionamento
Atender fila de chamados de suporte através de ferramenta de gestão de chamados sendo de forma presencial ou remota
Prestar o suporte e escalonar o chamado quando necessário para o nível superior, mantendo documentação das ações e status dos chamados, fornecendo feedback ao usuário e ao gestor
Ser cordial no atendimento focando na resolução dos chamados o mais breve possível sem detrimento da qualidade
Auxiliar em tarefas como mudanças de ramais, pontos de rede, movimentação de equipamentos e preparação de estações de trabalho
Apoiar a difusão das normas de segurança da informação
Colaborar para a manutenção de processos da Gestão de TI
Requirements
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em suporte ao usuário, manutenção de computadores e conhecimento em redes de computadores (física e lógica)
Conhecimento em processo de instalação e configuração do Windows 11 e pacote Office 365
Ensino superior em andamento na área de TI, como Redes de Computadores, Infraestrutura de Rede, Análise de Sistemas, Gestão de TI, entre outros
