About the role
- Technology Lead - Release Management & Cloud Engineering managing deployment support for implementation, UAT, and production environments. Planning and monitoring all aspects of deployment and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end deployment support across Implementation, UAT, and Production environments
- Plan, coordinate, and execute application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Ensure deployments are delivered on schedule, with minimal disruption to client services
- Validate and certify deployments in UAT before moving to production
- Diagnose and resolve environment-related, software, and operational issues
- Proactively monitor environments to identify potential risks and performance bottlenecks
- Create and maintain detailed deployment runbooks, technical documentation, and support guides
- Identify opportunities to enhance deployment efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability
Requirements
- Knowledge of deployment and environment support
- Experience with application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Ability to diagnose and resolve environment-related, software, and operational issues
- Experience in monitoring environments to identify potential risks and performance bottlenecks
- Familiarity with documentation and knowledge sharing best practices
- Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
