partner directly with engineering leadership to identify, engage, and inspire world-class engineers to join our team.
own pipeline creation for some of the most competitive talent pools in the world (AI/ML, Product, Platform).
responsible for mapping talent markets, creating targeted outreach strategies, and building the kind of candidate experience that gets top engineers excited to work with us.
Requirements
Have 1–3+ years of sourcing experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on engineering or technical talent.
Are energized by the hunt — you love researching markets, finding hidden talent, and cracking into competitive pipelines.
Know how to write compelling outreach that gets responses from engineers drowning in recruiter messages.
Are highly organized and can juggle multiple searches without dropping details.
Care about candidate experience and see sourcing as the start of the relationship, not just a numbers game.
Thrive in ambiguity — you don’t wait for perfect direction, you iterate and figure it out.
