About the role

  • help build the foundation of our engineering recruiting engine at Brain Co.
  • partner directly with engineering leadership to identify, engage, and inspire world-class engineers to join our team.
  • own pipeline creation for some of the most competitive talent pools in the world (AI/ML, Product, Platform).
  • responsible for mapping talent markets, creating targeted outreach strategies, and building the kind of candidate experience that gets top engineers excited to work with us.

Requirements

  • Have 1–3+ years of sourcing experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on engineering or technical talent.
  • Are energized by the hunt — you love researching markets, finding hidden talent, and cracking into competitive pipelines.
  • Know how to write compelling outreach that gets responses from engineers drowning in recruiter messages.
  • Are highly organized and can juggle multiple searches without dropping details.
  • Care about candidate experience and see sourcing as the start of the relationship, not just a numbers game.
  • Thrive in ambiguity — you don’t wait for perfect direction, you iterate and figure it out.
  • Want to grow into a full-cycle recruiter role as Brain Co.’s team expands.
