Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, and major end users.
Conduct sales visits and promote products through training, presentations, and ongoing engagement.
Map and strengthen assigned territories, identifying opportunities to expand market presence.
Organize and participate in approximately 24 distributor calls per month.
Provide technical presentations and product information to support customer needs.
Collaborate with internal sales, customer service, and engineering teams for quotations and support.
Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and submit timely visit/activity reports.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Promote long-term, stable relationships by serving as a reliable partner for distributors.
Requirements
Proven track record in technical or industrial sales (minimum 3+ years).
Strong relationship-building, training, and presentation skills.
Organized, methodical, and diligent in managing multiple priorities.
Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently without micromanagement.
Stable, reliable, and passionate about developing long-term business growth.
Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000
Performance Bonus: 10% for achieving quality targets ($8,500)
Commission: 2% of all sales above budget (e.g., $200K above budget = $20K additional)
