About the role

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, understanding their APIs, integration models, SLAs, and roadmaps.
  • Translate partner requirements and changes into actionable delivery plans for PPRO’s internal teams.
  • Build deep technical understanding of payment systems, data flows, and architectures to anticipate integration challenges and ensure compliance with PPRO standards.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-team technical programs — from scoping and planning through to execution and launch.
  • Define and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain visibility and accountability across engineering, product, architecture, and operations.
  • Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Orchestrate alignment between product, engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and partner success teams to deliver high-impact customer and partner outcomes.
  • Provide clear, transparent communication across all levels — from technical teams to senior executives and external partners.
  • Deliver structured reporting, risk assessments, and escalation management to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Identify and drive process and tooling improvements that enhance the efficiency, predictability, and quality of program delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven record of managing programs directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience building technical roadmaps, managing releases, and coordinating cross-functional schedules.
  • Strong technical understanding of system design, architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in payments, finance or e-commerce domains.
  • Experience in project management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, critical path).
  • Familiarity with KPIs/SLA frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
