Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, understanding their APIs, integration models, SLAs, and roadmaps.
Translate partner requirements and changes into actionable delivery plans for PPRO’s internal teams.
Build deep technical understanding of payment systems, data flows, and architectures to anticipate integration challenges and ensure compliance with PPRO standards.
Own end-to-end delivery of large, multi-team technical programs — from scoping and planning through to execution and launch.
Define and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain visibility and accountability across engineering, product, architecture, and operations.
Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Orchestrate alignment between product, engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and partner success teams to deliver high-impact customer and partner outcomes.
Provide clear, transparent communication across all levels — from technical teams to senior executives and external partners.
Deliver structured reporting, risk assessments, and escalation management to ensure informed decision-making.
Identify and drive process and tooling improvements that enhance the efficiency, predictability, and quality of program delivery.
Requirements
Proven record of managing programs directly with software engineering teams.
Experience building technical roadmaps, managing releases, and coordinating cross-functional schedules.
Strong technical understanding of system design, architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Experience in payments, finance or e-commerce domains.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.
