Responsibilities
autonomously manage end-to-end cross-functional delivery of IT program/projects
resource allocation, tracking budget and implementation
management of projects in accordance with the relevant quality management systems and requirements
working with internal and external groups, suppliers and other organizations
drive complex, high-impact programs related to Cloud capabilities, CICD and Developer experience, Global Data Platform, Observability, Security by Design
facilitate project and program level processes and execution
escalate impediments, manage risk and help drive continuous improvement
defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
leading, coaching and mentoring teams to meet and exceed commitments
organizing and facilitating project status or agile ceremonies
preparing progress reports and communications for stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
4+ years of Program Management experience working directly with multiple agile, product and/or platform teams
Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies and tooling, specifically Jira, Confluence, and AI-enhanced project tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to assess release-related risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving conflict
Preferred: Experience working in a modern cloud-based software product development environment, with cloud native AWS experience preferred
