Lead and participate in the design, deployment, and integration of enterprise security solutions, including application security, bot defense, and web application firewalls.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, providing guidance on security best practices, architecture, and optimization strategies.
Own the delivery of technical components for integration, including website analysis, configurations, testing, debugging, documentation, and go-live support.
Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and support, to ensure timely and high-quality technical solutions.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts by documenting best practices, customer success stories, and internal technical resources.
Provide ongoing post-deployment support and lifecycle management for customers, ensuring long-term success.
Support pre-sales and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
3+ years in technical consulting, professional services, or system integration.
Strong knowledge of networking and load balancers (e.g., L4–L7, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS).
Familiarity with one or more of the following will be a bonus: WAF, Bot Defense, API security, application delivery controllers, CDN, data center networking, or multi-cloud environments.
Experience with F5 solutions or similar technologies is a plus.
Industry certifications one or more of the following; CISSP, CEH, AWS/Azure Security, Kubernetes
Self-driven, with strong troubleshooting and customer engagement skills.
Excellent communication in both Japanese and English, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders from various regions and native Japanese customers.
