Responsibilities
- Lead defined workstreams, offer clear guidance to colleagues, and use analytical strengths to help clients make informed decisions.
- Apply established methodologies, models, and frameworks to provide well‑considered options and insight.
- Bring strong technical capability, working closely with project managers, capability leads, and other specialists to ensure work meets required standards.
- Support internal initiatives, enhance services, and take an active part in the ongoing development of consultancy capability.
- Identify potential business opportunities, take on more independent tasks, and build effective working relationships internally and externally.
- Support change activities within the organization, helping others understand and adopt new ways of working.
- Administrative accuracy and consistent application of ethics, governance, and risk management frameworks are essential.
Requirements
- Be a UK sole national.
- Have continuously resided in the United Kingdom for the past five years.
- Be able to obtain and maintain full UK security clearance in accordance with government vetting standards.
- Provide satisfactory evidence of identity, nationality, and residency as part of the clearance process.
- At least two years of practical involvement in delivering client‑focused work.
- Strong project‑management capability.
- Comfortable leading defined work areas, planning your own workload and ensuring your workstream stays on track.
- Working towards, or already hold, a bachelor’s degree or Level 5 qualification (or can show equivalent experience).
- Engaging with clients, listening carefully to their needs and helping shape practical, well‑considered solutions.
