About the role

  • Provide continuous monitoring of consultants, assessing technical progress, behavioral development, and level of engagement.
  • Conduct structured follow-up rituals (7/45/90-day journeys, monthly 1:1s, and delivery checkpoints).
  • Collect feedback from managers and cross-reference perceptions with consultants' deliverables.
  • Create and monitor individual development plans (IDPs).
  • Ensure assignments align with each professional's skills and expectations.
  • Identify signs of misalignment, demotivation, or overload, proposing preventive actions.
  • Update and monitor the **Risk Matrix**, considering technical and behavioral criteria.
  • Classify risks by type (voluntary resignation, involuntary termination, internalization, or repositioning).
  • Develop preventive and corrective action plans in partnership with the Commercial, People, and Technical areas.
  • Ensure effective communication with client managers to mitigate impacts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between allocated consultants and the client.
  • Maintain close contact with client managers and coordinators, tracking perceived value and satisfaction.
  • Collect periodic feedback and translate it into improvement plans.
  • Work on resolving conflicts, misalignments, and scope adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management (Commercial) and Recruitment & Selection to ensure quality in retention and the hiring of new professionals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in **fullstack development**, working as a generalist across **back-end, front-end, and mobile**.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and containers (Docker).
  • Experience with **relational and non-relational databases**, including modeling, querying, and optimization.
  • Technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Experience in **project management** (planning, estimation, prioritization).
  • Experience in **people management** (hiring, technical interviews, and performance evaluations).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of **design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices**.
  • Experience preparing and presenting reports and metrics to clients and internal leadership.
