About the role
- Senior Consultant driving activation of Digital Technology & Data operating model at Cargill. Partnering with DT&D leadership to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the planning calendar and operational cadence for their DT&D leadership team
- Oversee the portfolio of projects/ product teams, ensuring DT&D work aligns with strategic objectives and delivers value
- Drive the annual planning process, facilitating prioritization, investment choices, and portfolio sequencing
- Lead business reviews for their DT&D leader, including portfolio health and operational excellence
- Manage efficiency opportunities across the application portfolio, contracts, and 3rd party spend.
- Partner across departments to streamline, advance, and continuously improve ways of working
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Strong understanding of the IT project lifecycle, resource management, and strategic IT planning
- Ability to navigate and drive results across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience interacting with and influencing senior IT leaders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and transformational change
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software
- Experience interacting with and influencing IT business partners
- Strong financial and process acumen
