About the role

  • Team Lead for Sales Development team, driving pipeline growth in a SaaS environment. Collaborating with marketing and sales to establish scalable processes and talent development.

Responsibilities

  • You coach, motivate and develop a growing SDR team (currently 8 people)
  • You establish healthy, scalable sales habits and foster a culture of feedback, ownership and continuous development
  • You develop data-driven multichannel outreach strategies (email, calls, LinkedIn, video, etc.)
  • You translate strategy into clear, repeatable playbooks for the SMB and mid‑market segments
  • You manage core KPIs (activity, conversion, pipeline value) and continuously optimize performance
  • You identify, interview and hire new SDR talent
  • You ensure a structured onboarding — new colleagues are productive in <60 days
  • You make complex topics sellable: clear, relevant and tailored to the DACH market
  • You monitor market and competitor dynamics and continuously adapt positioning and sequences
