About the role

  • Junior Sales Development Representative driving pipeline growth for VSN ArenaPro across key European markets. Identifying prospects and qualifying leads in a hybrid work environment from Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts within the sports, live entertainment, and stadium sectors across the five markets
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage initial discovery conversations
  • Book and coordinate introductory meetings and demos for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (leads, activities, pipeline stages)
  • Build and iterate on outreach messaging tailored to each market and persona
  • Monitor industry news, events, and triggers to identify timely outreach opportunities
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language in Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese is a strong advantage)
  • A genuine hunger to break into B2B tech sales and build a commercial career
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Confident on the phone and in written outreach — resilient and persistent without being pushy
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Legally authorized to work in Spain
