About the role

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
  • Own the full sourcing cycle - from market research and proactive headhunting to candidate engagement and screening.
  • Go beyond LinkedIn - find talent through GitHub contributions, Stack Overflow, tech communities, and other unconventional channels.
  • Create and manage talent pipelines, maintain candidate databases, and ensure that job ads are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in Lever (our ATS) — tracking not just today’s needs but also building talent pools for roles we’ll need in six months.
  • Collaborate closely with the Oxylabs Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
  • Stay curious, keep learning, and actively invest in your professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working as a recruiter or talent sourcer.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and various platforms used to source and identify candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Creative and outside-the-box approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Motivation and interest in growing within the recruitment field.
