Requirements
4–6 years of experience in international influencer marketing, talent relations and brand partnerships, ideally in the sports, fashion or lifestyle industries.
Deep understanding of the social and influencer landscape, including current platforms, creator trends, and best practices.
Proven success in building and scaling influencer programs with measurable impact.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing contracts and talent relationships.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, including end-to-end responsibility and ensuring goods are ordered, packed and delivered to talents and influencers.
Proficiency in digital analytics and social listening tools.
Experience using influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Lefty, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, GRIN, In/Golf, Traackr) and tracking tools (e.g., UTMs, affiliate links, Shopify/GA).
Passion for sports (golf interest is a plus), culture, and community-driven marketing.
