About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist driving global recruitment strategies for Powtoon’s AI video platform. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple regions and functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally across multiple regions and functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and communities.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages.
- Build and maintain global talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote Powtoon as a great place to work worldwide.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience with sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Experience recruiting as an in -house recruiter for a high tech company.
- Experience conducting English phone interviews — a MUST.
- Proven success in attracting and engaging world-class talent.
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Workable, Greenhouse, and Comeet (Workable is an advantage).
- Experience recruiting international candidates for high-tech or start-up companies.
- English — mother tongue level / flawless verbal and written skills; all communications are ONLY in English.
- Experience recruiting international candidates remotely (e.g., UK/US).
