About the role

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process globally across multiple regions and functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent worldwide through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and communities.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages.
  • Build and maintain global talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote Powtoon as a great place to work worldwide.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience with sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Experience recruiting as an in -house recruiter for a high tech company.
  • Experience conducting English phone interviews — a MUST.
  • Proven success in attracting and engaging world-class talent.
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as Workable, Greenhouse, and Comeet (Workable is an advantage).
  • Experience recruiting international candidates for high-tech or start-up companies.
  • English — mother tongue level / flawless verbal and written skills; all communications are ONLY in English.
  • Experience recruiting international candidates remotely (e.g., UK/US).
