About the role

  • Own recruitment activities in close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment
  • Work daily with all departments across the company
  • Define job profiles and gather hiring needs
  • Build a pipeline of relevant candidates and conduct regular interviews
  • Track candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment cycle up to the issuance of job offers
  • Provide regular activity reporting to the Head of Recruitment
  • Represent the company at recruitment-related events
  • Contribute to the recruitment communication plan

Requirements

  • Proven first experience in a similar role
  • Autonomous, organized and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ideally experienced in the video game industry or related sectors
  • Absolute respect for confidentiality and agility in executing tasks
  • Ability to independently manage a recruitment pipeline
  • Familiar with sourcing techniques beyond job boards
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust
  • Autonomy, rigor, methodical approach and team spirit are required
  • Good written and spoken English
