About the role

  • Search the web, social networks, forums and meetups to identify candidates
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from first contact to onboarding
  • Analyze profiles and assess candidates' skills by phone, video and in person
  • Draft contracts and conduct salary negotiations
  • Liaise with our technical teams and the Agency Director to gather detailed information about Ippon's projects
  • Actively contribute to Ippon's local presence and visibility in Nantes through meetups, tech communities and key events in coordination with Ippon Marketing
  • Help maintain a positive atmosphere within the Agency by organizing internal events (meals, team‑building activities...)
  • Establish partnerships with regional schools to introduce Ippon to future engineers

Requirements

  • 3 years of successful recruitment experience (in an IT services company or recruitment agency, focused on IT roles)
  • Able to think critically, analyze, accept feedback and enjoy finding solutions
  • Persuasive communicator able to present our projects to candidates and advocate for candidates with our technical managers
  • Excellent written and spoken French communication skills
