About the role

  • Be Reonic’s first Talent Acquisition hire in Brazil - help us build our local team from the ground up
  • Proactively source top talent using active sourcing strategies to connect with standout candidates
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract exceptional talent
  • Act as a brand ambassador to share our story and inspire potential candidates to join our mission
  • Use creative sourcing techniques and local market insights to build a strong talent pipeline in Brazil
  • Streamline the recruiting experience, maintaining clear communication and ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition at a startup, particularly hiring for non-technical roles
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian talent market and the challenges of recruiting for a growing startup
  • C2 level in Portuguese and English required; advanced Spanish is a plus
  • A keen eye for top talent—especially for sales and account management roles
  • Based in São Paulo and enthusiastic about being part of an on-site (hybrid), collaborative team
  • Proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
