Responsibilities
Agree recruitment targets with relevant key stakeholders and recommend clear actions to grow student numbers for Griffith College and ICHAS programmes.
Design plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of national recruitment activities for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered from or through the Limerick campus.
Actively market Griffith College Limerick apprenticeship programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with guidance counsellors, principals, feeder schools, Further Education colleges, and other stakeholders, including industry and professional links by direct engagement with relevant sectors.
Engage with the broader Marketing & Admissions teams associated with the College to support the design and distribution of promotional materials (online and offline).
Coordinate, develop and/or provide engaging presentations on programmes offered from the Griffith College Limerick campus and student opportunities, tailored to different audiences.
Coordinate digital recruitment activities, including webinars, social media campaigns, and email outreach.
Monitor and report on market trends and learner demand as well as competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.
Track and report on recruitment activity, conversion rates, and student enrolment numbers against agreed targets.
Support the admissions processes by guiding applicants through the enquiry, application, and offer stages.
Provide accurate programme and entry requirement information, ensuring compliance with QQI standards.
Develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote Griffith College Limerick and ICHAS as a student destination.
Update and ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Griffith College Limerick and ICHAS website pages.
Generate content for social media and CRM campaigns.
Measure engagement by tracking results and ensuring accurate reporting.
Manage physical marketing material, including brochures, flyers and other branded merchandise.
Develop and grow local and national media coverage for Griffith College Limerick and ICHAS.
Coordinate and support on-campus and online events such as open evenings, taster sessions, and induction activities.
Attend open days, graduations, student recruitment fairs, and related events linked to promoting Griffith College Limerick and ICHAS - all programmes delivered through the Limerick campus.
Work flexibly to meet recruitment cycle needs, including evenings and occasional support to the Global Engagement Office with the recruitment of non-EU students already resident in Limerick.
Requirements
A third-level qualification (Level 7 or above) in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field, but candidates with relevant industry experience may also be considered
Must demonstrate a strong performance record with a high level of achievement and be target-driven.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
Excellent communication competencies (both written and verbal) and presentation skills, with confidence in public speaking.
Strong commercial understanding of financial data and metrics is essential.
Experience of leading a team and measuring performance is desirable.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
A track record of successful online and offline recruitment & marketing approaches is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous experience using a CRM system are desirable.
Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience of designing promotional material.
A full clean driving license is essential.
Must be legally entitled to work full-time in Ireland for any employer.
