About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting across the organization with a focus on technical talent
  • Build the TA function from the ground up, designing interview processes and scorecards
  • Write a hiring playbook from scratch
  • Coach hiring managers for effective interviewing
  • Build talent pipelines to ensure preparedness for future roles
  • Track key recruiting metrics for continuous improvement
  • Tell the myAbode story to attract top candidates

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in hiring engineers and product managers
  • Proven ability to build processes, frameworks, and talent pipelines
  • Proactive sourcing skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to push back on hiring managers and hold standards
  • Experience thriving in a high-growth or multi-entity environment is a plus
