About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Advisor managing the full hiring lifecycle for retail roles at Space NK. Focusing on stakeholder partnership and providing an engaging candidate experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail roles, from initial brief to offer, providing expert guidance to hiring managers and a seamless hiring journey for our candidates
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates using a mix of channels including direct attraction, job boards, social media, talent pools, networking and creative outreach strategies.
  • Champion Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) by embedding inclusive practices at every stage of the recruitment process and advising/training hiring managers on best practice.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, offering regular progress updates, market insights, and consultative support to ensure aligned, timely hiring decisions.
  • Strengthen our employer brand by representing us as an employer of choice supporting campaigns, events and storytelling that highlight our culture, values and Life at Space NK
  • Utilise social channels and innovative attraction solutions, exploring new tools, trends, and technologies to engage both active and passive talent.
  • Support wider talent initiatives and projects as needed, helping us continuously improve and evolve our talent attraction strategies and processes

Requirements

  • End to end recruitment experience within a high volume/fast paced environment, ideally for a retail business or agency partnering with retailers
  • Understanding of inclusive hiring practices, recruitment policies, procedures and best practice
  • Good understanding of relevant employment and recruitment legislation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and coach hiring managers on process, employer branding and candidate experience
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing methods (headhunting, social media, talent pools, networking)
  • Understanding of how to represent and promote employer brand through candidate interactions and social presence.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
  • Experience supporting or leading recruitment or talent-based projects
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high demand environment
  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
