About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy for the DACH region – including active sourcing and selection processes.
  • Utilize a wide range of channels (job boards, social media, networks, referrals, direct outreach) to identify qualified talent and build a strong talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews and thoroughly assess candidates' professional qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Organize and conduct interviews (phone, video, on-site) and work closely with hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and business units to ensure a smooth recruiting process.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in modern sourcing strategies and interview methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills across all levels.
  • Native-level German and very good English.
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style – even in a dynamic environment.
