About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy for the DACH region – including active sourcing and selection processes.
- Utilize a wide range of channels (job boards, social media, networks, referrals, direct outreach) to identify qualified talent and build a strong talent pool.
- Conduct interviews and thoroughly assess candidates' professional qualifications and cultural fit.
- Organize and conduct interviews (phone, video, on-site) and work closely with hiring managers on candidate selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and business units to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in modern sourcing strategies and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across all levels.
- Native-level German and very good English.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style – even in a dynamic environment.
