Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in modern sourcing strategies and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across all levels.
- Native-level German and very good English.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style – even in a dynamic environment.
