Hunt for the Best: You’ll be our talent scout, searching for the best candidates across EMEA region. Whether it’s a great warehouse manager or a top sales executive, you’ll find, interview, and bring them on board.
Create a Recruitment Experience They’ll Never Forget: We want candidates to remember the experience they had with us, whether they get the job or not. Your mission? Make the hiring journey as smooth as a perfect delivery.
Think Outside the Box: You’re not just posting jobs and waiting for applicants to flood in. You’ll build creative ways to attract, engage, and retain top talent (think social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and even passive candidate hunting).
Collaborate Like a Pro: You’ll work hand-in-hand with managers across the business, figuring out exactly what makes a great hire in every department.
Manage the Full Ride: From the first hello to the signed offer letter, you’ll guide candidates through the process with your expertise and support, keeping them excited and engaged every step of the way.
Requirements
Your Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or something that makes you super knowledgeable in the art of people management
Tech-Savvy Recruiter: You’re comfortable navigating ATS systems and recruitment software, because finding the right fit should be smooth and straightforward!
Experience that Speaks: You’ve been in the talent acquisition game for at least 2 years, and ideally, you’ve got some experience working within logistics or supply chain, (but we’re open-minded!).
Creativity: Traditional recruiting tactics are great, but you’re not afraid to get a little unconventional to find top talent. Your ideas are always fresh and forward thinking.
Strong Communication Skills: You’ll talk to a variety of people every day, and whether you're emailing, chatting, or interviewing face to face, you know how to make each interaction count. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must, and ideally, you also speak another European language, such as German, to enhance your ability to connect with a broader talent pool.
