About the role

  • Identification of candidates via LinkedIn and other sources/platforms
  • Candidate mapping
  • Gather market intelligence & industry knowledge
  • Written candidate approach via LinkedIn
  • Other tasks related to recruitment coordination, e.g. interview coordination and scheduling, recruitment admin (pre-Screening CVs, writing and posting Job ads, opening Job requisitions)

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in active sourcing or headhunting
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, social media searches and other sourcing channels
  • Knowledge of active sourcing techniques, sourcing tools, online databases
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to identify key competencies in candidates
  • Flexibility and excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality, proactivity, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Nice to have: Proficiency in German or French allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
