Requirements
A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field
1+ years of experience in active sourcing or headhunting
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, social media searches and other sourcing channels
Knowledge of active sourcing techniques, sourcing tools, online databases
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to identify key competencies in candidates
Flexibility and excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail
High level of integrity and confidentiality, proactivity, and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Nice to have: Proficiency in German or French allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
