Responsibilities
- Identification of candidates via LinkedIn and other sources/platforms
- Candidate mapping
- Gather market intelligence & industry knowledge
- Written candidate approach via LinkedIn
- Other tasks related to recruitment coordination, e.g. interview coordination and scheduling, recruitment admin (pre-Screening CVs, writing and posting Job ads, opening Job requisitions)
Requirements
- A university degree in Business Administration/HR or related field
- 1+ years of experience in active sourcing or headhunting
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
- Knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, social media searches and other sourcing channels
- Knowledge of active sourcing techniques, sourcing tools, online databases
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to identify key competencies in candidates
- Flexibility and excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, proactivity, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Nice to have: Proficiency in German or French allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
