Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruiting across multiple locations for Caliber Collision. Supporting processes and managing candidate data between HR and hiring managers.
About the role
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, with a focus on primarily civil and structural engineering roles.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely updates.
- Oversee the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding.
- Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular reports on progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in engineering recruitment.
- Educational Requirement : Some College.
- Technical Proficiency : Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
