About the role

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, with a focus on primarily civil and structural engineering roles.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, and professional networks) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely updates.
  • Oversee the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding.
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and produce regular reports on progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in engineering recruitment.
  • Educational Requirement : Some College.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
