Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake meetings through offer acceptance
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and alignment with Invivyd’s mission and values
Source high-quality talent through creative channels such as networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and industry events
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring strategies
Ensure a stellar candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and transparency at every stage
Collaborate closely with HR and Talent Operations to ensure a seamless process and data integrity within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
Provide regular updates and insights on recruiting progress, talent market trends, and pipeline health
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5-7 years of experience in a related role, with a strong preference for biotech, startup and launch experience
Strong proficiency with Greenhouse a plus
Can-do and roll up your sleeves attitude. Energized by change and thrive when things move quickly
Exceptional organization and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
