About the role

  • Support the preparation of reports, reportings and action plans based on ratings, research and due diligence processes;
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of implemented sustainability actions, based on established indicators and targets;
  • Develop and review internal regulations and monitor and analyze external regulations, assessing their impacts on business processes and areas;
  • Support the implementation of action plans aimed at regulatory compliance, in coordination with internal areas;
  • Act as the focal point for topics related to risks, compliance, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and audits, promoting alignment with technical teams;
  • Support the dissemination of our strategy, with a focus on regulatory and normative aspects;
  • Assist in the development of technical content related to your area of expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Sustainability, Law or related fields. A postgraduate degree aligned with the role’s scope is a plus;
  • Previous experience with sustainability frameworks, methodologies and legislation applicable to the financial sector;
  • Experience with reporting processes, indicator monitoring and regulatory compliance assessment;
  • Strong analytical skills, assertive communication and excellent technical writing;
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and to build relationships with different areas of the company;
  • Intermediate English.
