Responsibilities
Support Solution Engineers and Account Executives by preparing proof-of-value (PoV) for clients.
Design automated test scenarios for complex Salesforce projects.
Conduct software functionality tests and report defects during the PoV.
Collaborate with partner managers for technical resources.
Maintain the quality of pre-sales documentation, presentations, and proposals.
Participate in coaching and mentoring sessions to improve technical proficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in a technical, consulting, or support capacity (internships or early career roles considered).
Strong technical foundation and ability to quickly learn complex systems.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in preparing documentation, assets, and trials.
Interest in developing customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to be coached and mentored.
