About the role

  • Support Solution Engineers and Account Executives by preparing proof-of-value (PoV) for clients.
  • Design automated test scenarios for complex Salesforce projects.
  • Conduct software functionality tests and report defects during the PoV.
  • Collaborate with partner managers for technical resources.
  • Maintain the quality of pre-sales documentation, presentations, and proposals.
  • Participate in coaching and mentoring sessions to improve technical proficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a technical, consulting, or support capacity (internships or early career roles considered).
  • Strong technical foundation and ability to quickly learn complex systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in preparing documentation, assets, and trials.
  • Interest in developing customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to be coached and mentored.
