About the role

  • Technical champion for Zendesk platform ensuring systems are optimised for customer support. Collaborate with multiple teams for scalable solutions and effective workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure systems are optimised and aligned with team and customer needs
  • Own day-to-day administration of Zendesk and design workflows
  • Partner with various teams to drive scalable solutions
  • Configure and maintain Omnichannel routing and AI features
  • Develop custom apps and integrations using modern tech stack
  • Update help centre themes and establish robust data reporting
