About the role

  • Provide Run-the-Business (RTB) support for E2open and other supply chain applications; manage incidents, coordinate system upgrades, and perform root cause analysis to maintain system health and reliability
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from cross-functional teams; design and implement forward-thinking solutions through system configuration and low-code/no-code customizations
  • Lead and participate in enhancement projects by coordinating with teams across North America and Asia for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain clear documentation for current processes and system configurations; continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with Integration, Data, and NetSuite teams to ensure seamless system operations and data integrity
  • Manage day-to-day support and deliver enhancements for core applications like E2open; work with business users, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement system improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on supply chain systems
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management principles; hands-on experience in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP
  • Strong experience with Supply Chain modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Collaboration
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, perform system analysis, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Flexibility for occasional overlap with North American working hours for collaborative tasks
  • Direct experience with E2open modules (preferred)
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Propel (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints (preferred)
  • Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data and follow formal change management processes (preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
