Provide Run-the-Business (RTB) support for E2open and other supply chain applications; manage incidents, coordinate system upgrades, and perform root cause analysis to maintain system health and reliability
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from cross-functional teams; design and implement forward-thinking solutions through system configuration and low-code/no-code customizations
Lead and participate in enhancement projects by coordinating with teams across North America and Asia for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
Maintain clear documentation for current processes and system configurations; continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement
Partner with Integration, Data, and NetSuite teams to ensure seamless system operations and data integrity
Manage day-to-day support and deliver enhancements for core applications like E2open; work with business users, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve incidents and implement system improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on supply chain systems
Deep understanding of supply chain management principles; hands-on experience in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP
Strong experience with Supply Chain modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Collaboration
Proven ability to gather business requirements, perform system analysis, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
Excellent communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Flexibility for occasional overlap with North American working hours for collaborative tasks
Direct experience with E2open modules (preferred)
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Propel (preferred)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprints (preferred)
Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data and follow formal change management processes (preferred)
Strong work ethic and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
