About the role

  • Generates bills of lading and other documents required for the shipment of product.
  • Performs data entry functions for orders.
  • Arranges for daily carrier pickup.
  • Maintains records within the department.
  • Process Freight Claims.
  • Communicate with All Departments.
  • Departmental Reporting
  • Prepare Bills of Lading.
  • Contact Carriers for shipments
  • Export Shipping Documentation
  • Communication with all departments
  • Billing as needed in NAMAS /SAP
  • Export Invoice Processing
  • Custom Duties/Taxes/ NAFTA
  • Follow procedures and filing Documents/Record Keeping
  • Must handle multiple tasks on a daily basis
  • Projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Required 2 year degree from an accredited University/College
  • 3 to 4 years minimum experience in Logistics
  • Microsoft Office applications, emphasis on Excel
  • SAP Experience a plus
  • Accounting experience in Invoicing
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Working-level second language skills is a plus.
