About the role

  • Develop, manage, and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced statistical tools and market intelligence.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasting models.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales to prevent and clear excess and obsolete stock.
  • Participate in S&OP and S&OE cycles, ensuring alignment and sign-off on demand forecasts.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, and stockout rates; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Work with IT and relevant departments to maintain and improve advanced planning solutions.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in forecasting processes and tools.
  • Act as key user for advanced demand planning solutions and train team members on processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced English knowledge.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably in consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in advanced forecasting tools (preferably o9) and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
