About the role

  • Perform various maintenance tasks on customer orders, ensuring information is correct and up to date;
  • Handle and resolve requests related to order servicing;
  • Define, together with Distribution Centers, balancing strategies for order fulfillment aimed at operational efficiency and productivity;
  • Provide updates on the progress and status of orders to different internal stakeholders;
  • Propose and implement improvements to internal order management processes;
  • Support scenario identification by proposing and defining priorities and allocation of order fulfillment together with partner areas to ensure the best possible service level;
  • Communicate supply and service schedule information to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field;
  • Experience in order and replenishment management, focusing on Customer Service and Order Fulfillment;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and information, ensuring accuracy and speed in analyses;
  • SAP knowledge is desirable;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid format in São José dos Pinhais, PR.
