About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer support experiences
  • Research and recommend solutions for performance improvement
  • Log and manage defects in Jira
  • Take ownership of identified defects in applications
  • Test and implement new technology solutions
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Prepare reports related to applications
  • Use Incident Management processes to resolve incidents
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare technology interoperability
  • Assist in training on upcoming releases

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in iKnowMed Generation 2 EHR or similar software
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements in Healthcare
  • Understanding of clinical and administrative workflows in Oncology and Hematology
  • Experience with EHRs, Pharmacy Systems, Lab Information Systems
  • Understanding of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of SQL and Oracle Databases
  • Understanding of Electronic Prescribing and HIE
