Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategy roles (consulting, investment banking, or similar)
  • Financial services experience is an asset
  • Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to identify trends and solve problems logically
  • Skilled at influencing senior leaders and gaining buy-in
  • Comfortable making recommendations and driving decisions
  • Advanced PowerPoint and storytelling skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
