About the role
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build data-driven insights and recommendations that guide business decisions.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor initiative performance and accountability.
- Support end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives—from planning through implementation.
- Manage initiative portfolios, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Lead recurring cross-functional meetings, follow-up actions, and status updates to leadership.
- Develop clear, compelling presentations, pre-reads, and materials for leadership discussions.
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations through storytelling.
- Act as a thought partner to the Director of Strategy and Sr. Manager, providing input on both tactical and strategic priorities.
- Contribute to a collaborative, purpose-driven team culture.
- Share feedback, ideas, and improvements that help evolve team systems and ways of working.
- Embrace a learning mindset—adapting quickly, asking questions, and seeking clarity to drive results.
Requirements
- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, finance, or project management (experience in a product-driven organization preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize insights quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to create high-quality visual presentations.
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can define milestones and outcomes independently.
- Experience using Monday.com
